Two more people are now in custody in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.
A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.
The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.
A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.
Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.
The attack - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
